I prefer my anime or J dramas subbed anytime. It preserves the flavour of the culture.

Dubbing if done badly can affect the show itself.

I prefer it subbed. Its more original that way. Some dubbed anime really turns the whole experience off.

yes i also agree dubbed anime can be very different from the subbed anime. I've seen small tweaks in naruto shippuuden dubbed already, although nothing major yet

Some like say Megaman Battle Network.. had big changes from the Japanese version from blurring of sharp weapons for example.

Cardcaptor Sakura also. The dubbed version had their episodes jumbled up. some episodes from the original show were even removed.

I don't reall mind whether it's subbed or dubbed. I'll watch it wither way. My only grip is if they redub a word said in English by a Japanese mecha voice.

E.G. The vent rousers of the Riders in Kamen Rider Ryuki/Dragon Knight. They should'a just left the original voice on the vent rousers instead of replacing them.

If they ever remake Decade into an American series they better leave the drivers alone.
