Born into an extremely wealthy family, Pan was raised in West Virginia, United States and later moved to Taiwan at the age of seven. He attended Taipei American School and graduated in 1999. Before launching his acting and singing career, he attended Cal Poly Pomona[1] in the United States, but left before graduating to pursue an offer from Channel V. He still retains his dual citizenship in the U.S.A. and Republic of China to avoid the mandatory military duty in Taiwan.
His latest album, was 007 released in 2009 He is currently featured in advertisements for Coca-Cola and Family Mart convenience stores in Taiwan. His most recent project is filming a Taiwanese drama called Miss No Good alongside Rainie Yang. Will was also in the drama Spicy Hot Techer and a minor character in Love Train. He is Christian and just had his last concert December 6, 2009.
