Gackt Camui (神威 楽斗, Kamui Gakuto?) is a Japanese musician, composer, lyricist, poet, author, actor, designer and model.
Usually referred to by his mononymous stage name, he is known for his career as a solo artist and as the former vocalist for the now-defunct band Malice Mizer. Besides Japanese, he has performed in English, Korean, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
During his solo career, Gackt has released seven studio albums, five compilation albums, and 35 singles. His music has been a theme song for various anime and video games, such as New Fist of the North Star, Bujingai and Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII, amongst others.
He co-starred and co-wrote the 2003 film Moon Child and he acted in the NHK drama Fūrinkazan as Uesugi Kenshin. He also sang the theme song for the 2009 edition of the Kamen Rider Series Kamen Rider Decade and starred in the 2009 film Kamen Rider Decade: All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker as the role of Jōji Yūki.

Yes, he is. He is also the one who is going to sing the new theme for the new Decade movie, "Kamen Rider Decade Gekijouban: Decade VS. All Rider!"
The theme for the series was "Journey through the Decade." The theme for the first movie was "The Next Decade." The theme for the new movie is supposedly translated as "Stay the Decade Alive" though this sounds sorta wrong and I believe it to actually say "Keep the Decade Alive."
